I have more than 10 years experience in computer development and support in an organisation with more than 4000 workstations and 6000 users. During that time I've seen most technical problems and helped hundreds if not thousands of users.

I principally cover the East Kent Area which includes :-
Canterbury, Herne Bay, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Sandwich, Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Hythe, Romney Marsh, Lydd, Lympne, Lyminge, Elham, Stelling Minnis, Ashford, Chilham, Chartham, Chartham Hatch, Wingham, Staple, Ash, Woodnesborough, Worth, Waltham, Petham, Minster, Monkton, Upstreet, Chislet, Hersden, Sturry, Westbere, Fordwhich, Stodmarsh, Broadoak, Rough Common, Harbledown, Tyler Hill, Belting, Broomfield, Blean, Herne, Swalecliffe, Tankerton, Boughton, Faversham, Selling, Shottenden, Old Wives Lees, Godmersham, Bilting, Wye, Brabourne Lees, Aldington
but I will go anywhere in or out of Kent. I will travel anywhere if you need me.
Normal Charges
My charges are clear. I will charge £35 for my initial visit of up to an hour. During that visit I will assess the time required to carry out any work you ask me to do and assess the complexity I will then tell you how much it's going to cost you for my time. Simple and clear.
Call Out Charges
If you need me urgently I will probably have to re arrange existing appointments and work so I will make a small additional charge.

- I am fully insured with both Public Liability and Public Indemnity insurance.
- I have a current CRB Check for 'Engineer (SCHOOLS)'
- I am registered with the Information Commissioner.
