I come to you

I will help you setup your wireless networks, get connected to the internet. Fix problems with the machine. Perhaps your computer is running slowly. Have you bought some new software and don't know how to install it correctly. Perhaps you've bought some new hardware like a scanner and need some help.

I promise to be straight with you, I don't speak in techno babble. I don't cost a fortune and I'll make it clear what my charges are.

Are you fully protected against viruses and malware ? Is your computer safe from intrusion? I can make sure you are safe on line and explain how you can stay safe.

Buying a new computer, scanner or printer can be confusing if you're not comfortable with IT. I can provide advice that will help you make the right choices for you.

Data Recovery - Lost those trasured photos ? It's entirely likely that I can recover them for you.

Just because you have a computer does not mean that you have to become an expert in fixing computer faults. Owning a car does not mean that you want to become a mechanic, you just want to get in and drive. Well you should be able to just sit down in front of your computer and use it. The trick is finding someone you can trust. I wont let you down I rely on recommendation. If I am not straight with you then you won't recommend me.

All of my clients are important to me but I doubt I'll ever have another
like Bert from Wingham.

Bert is a great bloke full of life and very independent. During the summer he's to busy to use is PC very much because he's out in his award winning garden. I was truly amazed when he told me he was born in 1910 making him 98 !! He has led an interesting life which includes serving in the Auxiliary Fire Service in Canterbury during the war. He was on duty the night that Canterbury was devastated in the Baedecker Raid in 1942. For more information on this raid follow this link to BBC Peoples War . Berts computer had a few problems that I managed to quickly clear up for him.

Bert was kind enough to allow me to publish his photo here.
