By prior arrangement existing clients request Remote Assistance. Under certain circumstances it may be possible for Remote Assistance to be made available to new clients.

The service allows a Redfearn Computing Technician to take remote control of your computer and fix your problems remotely. You can see what's happening. We can only take remote control of your machine if you request it.
