Needing help to connect my old laptop to the internet, I contacted Jim Redfern, on the recommendation of a firm that did not do home visits.
Not only did Jim arrive as arranged (a rare thing nowadays) but despite having to spend much longer sorting out the problem (due to the age and slowness of my laptop).
He charged the quoted price (at very reasonable rates I might add) and also took the time and trouble to explain in terms and references that even I could understand, what he was doing. Since the original visit, I have contacted Jim to with another problem, this time sorted out by phone and remote access to my computer.
I cannot recommend Jim to highly, as he is very professional in his approach to both his work and customer requirements.
